Faisal Private Bank has been regulated by the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (SFBC) since 1998.
The SFBC is an administrative authority of federal law, administratively attached to the federal department of finance. The SFBC independently supervises banks and securities dealers, audit firms, investment funds, stock exchanges and markets.
In addition to its core duties of supervision, the SFBC is also active in other areas that relate to Switzerland as a financial centre. It is in permanent contact with the federal department of finance as well as the National Swiss Bank.

Due to its affiliation with its majority stakeholder Ithmaar Bank B.S.C., Faisal Private Bank is also regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain. Read more at www.bma.gov.bh
